Manifestação contra aumento no preço da tarifa de ônibus em Belo Horizonte

A Frente Ampla Contra o Aumento, uma articulação de movimentos sociais e estudantis, está convocando uma manifestação na Praça 7, em Belo Horizonte, às 18h de terça-feira, 25 de abril, devido ao recente aumento no preço da passagem de ônibus de R$ 4,50 para R$ 6.

O aumento foi resultado de um acordo da Prefeitura com as empresas de ônibus em uma ação judicial.

A Associação dos Usuários do Transporte Coletivo de BH rotulou o reajuste como “roubo” e “assalto” à população.

O protesto também criticará uma proposta de subsídio enviada à Câmara pela Prefeitura e pedirá a revogação do acordo e a reformulação do contrato de concessão do transporte público.
