O Sindicato dos Metroviários de Minas Gerais decidiu por uma greve dos trabalhadores metroviários que começará na próxima terça-feira (14/02).
A presidente do sindicato, Alda Lúcia, afirma que os funcionários da Companhia Brasileira de Trens Urbanos (CBTU) exigem estabilidade após a privatização do serviço.
Uma nova assembleia será realizada na próxima terça-feira para decidir sobre a continuidade da greve e haverá também uma reunião virtual com a Secretaria de Estado de Infraestrutura e Mobilidade (SEINFRA).
A CBTU manifestou surpresa e apreensão com a greve, já que a demanda de usuários vem crescendo nas últimas semanas e o impacto pela paralisação trará prejuízo para as finanças da companhia e para a mobilidade urbana da capital, especialmente durante o Carnaval.
A diretoria da CBTU afirmou ter apresentado uma proposta aos representantes sindicais sobre a compensação dos dias não trabalhados em dezembro e que está tomando todas as medidas judiciais e administrativas.
