A Comissão de Mobilidade Urbana, Indústria, Comércio e Serviços na Câmara Municipal de Belo Horizonte, definiu o processo para sustação dos contratos de concessão do transporte coletivo.
O presidente da Câmara, Gabriel, autorizou a abertura do processo com base em “fortes e variados indícios” de que a licitação pública teria sido fictícia.
A comissão irá apurar documentos, ouvir as empresas e a Prefeitura e, se necessário, recomendar providências ao Poder Executivo.
Caso o Executivo não atue, a comissão apresentará um projeto de resolução para anulação da contratação.
