A partir do dia 26 de julho de 2022, o Aeroporto da Zona da Mata (Aeroporto Regional Itamar Franco), em Goianá, receberá voos da LATAM. Os voos terão como destino o Aeroporto de Guarulhos, na Região Metropolitana de São Paulo. A informação foi divulgada pelo “Tribuna de Minas“.
Os voos de Guarulhos com destino à Juiz de Fora serão operados de segunda a domingo, às 7h40. Na rota contrária, haverá voos nos mesmos dias, às 9h35. A rota terá duração de 1 hora e 15 minutos e ocorrerá em aeronaves Airbus A320, que possuem capacidade para até 176 passageiros – sendo oito na classe premium e 168 na classe econômica.
As companhias aéreas Azul e Gol também operam no Aeroporto de Juiz de Fora.
