A Câmara Municipal de Belo Horizonte discutirá na próxima segunda-feira, 13 de março, um projeto de lei que prevê a extinção do pagamento de passagens em dinheiro nos ônibus de transporte coletivo da cidade.
A proposta visa implementar um novo sistema de bilhetagem eletrônica, baseado em cartões inteligentes recarregáveis, cartões de crédito ou débito por aproximação e pagamento por QR Code, o que aumentaria a segurança e melhoraria as condições de trabalho dos motoristas.
Além disso, também será discutido um projeto que altera a forma de remuneração das concessionárias do transporte coletivo por quilômetro rodado, ao invés de pelo número de passageiros transportados.
Outras medidas para melhoria da mobilidade urbana e regulação do funcionamento de carros de som também estão na pauta da reunião.
