O Ministério Público de Minas Gerais (MP-MG) instaurou um procedimento jurídico para apurar as circunstâncias da diminuição da quantidade de ônibus e viagens do transporte coletivo de Belo Horizonte.

As empresas que compõem o consórcio Transfácil, alegam a existência de um desequilíbrio nos contratos de concessão, gerando uma crise financeira no setor.
