A Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte fiscalizou nesta quarta-feira (3) a garagem da Milênio Transportes, localizada em Ribeirão das Neves, em mais uma ação da política de Tolerância Zero contra irregularidades no transporte público da capital. Agentes da Sumob, BHTrans e Polícia Militar vistoriaram 13 ônibus, fizeram 12 autuações, e dois dos veículos tiveram a Autorização de Tráfego (AT) retida por apresentarem problema no freio de porta e na luz do elevador. Entre as autuações estão o vazamento de ar, problemas nas portas e a falta do Jornal do ônibus. Os veículos fiscalizados operam em linhas alimentadoras e do MOVE que atendem as estações Venda Nova e Pampulha.
Nos dois primeiros meses da adoção da política de Tolerância Zero, considerando apenas as operações feitas nas portas das garagens, a Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte realizou 34 ações e vistoriou 226 ônibus. As vistorias resultaram em 411 autuações, 76 autorizações de tráfego (AT) recolhidas e 11 veículos recolhidos ao pátio do Detran-MG.
Considerando todas as ações realizadas pelo Tolerância Zero nesses dois meses – incluindo as portas de garagem, estações e as ruas – a Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte realizou 1.037 ações de fiscalização e vistoriou 6.446 ônibus – alguns veículos foram vistoriados mais de uma vez. O resultado dessas operações foram 7.271 autuações, 257 autorizações de tráfego (AT) recolhidas e 13 veículos recolhidos ao pátio do Detran-MG.
O coordenador da operação da Sumob, Jairo Marcelino, explicou que as mais de 30 ações de fiscalização na porta das garagens já estão surtindo efeito e o trabalho vai continuar nas demais garagens das concessionárias do transporte coletivo da capital. “Temos mais de dois meses realizando a operação Tolerância Zero e, com o apoio da população, utilizando as reclamações dos passageiros para orientar e direcionar as ações de fiscalização, já notamos melhorias. Casos de problemas no estado de conservação dos pneus já não acontecem muito mais. Ainda assim, a fiscalização segue nas garagens, nas estações e onde mais o usuário do transporte coletivo indicar os problemas”, informou Jairo.
Tolerância Zero
Anunciada pelo prefeito Fuad Noman em 25 de janeiro, a política de Tolerância Zero é um conjunto de medidas para melhorar o atendimento para o cidadão e punir a má qualidade na prestação do serviço. As ações fiscalizam os ônibus que tiveram mais reclamações feitas pela população no canal de WhatsApp, no PBH App e também no portal de serviços da Prefeitura. As fiscalizações são realizadas por agentes da Sumob, BHTrans, Guarda Municipal e Polícia Militar nas portas das garagens, nas estações, ao longo dos itinerários das linhas e também no Centro Integrado de Operações de Belo Horizonte (COP-BH) através do SITBUS, um sistema conectado ao GPS dos ônibus que acompanha cada viagem do transporte coletivo.
Além das autuações, recolhimento das autorizações de tráfego e dos veículos, as empresas concessionárias não recebem a remuneração complementar quando não cumprem as determinações da Lei 11.458/2023 em relação à pontualidade e qualidade dos veículos.
