Entre os dias 1º e 31 de julho de 2022, para atender o período de alta temporada, a Azul vai ampliar a oferta de voos em todo Brasil. Belo Horizonte será a cidade com o maior número de voos extras – serão 168 voos adicionais no período -, seguido por Porto Seguro (BA), Campinas (SP) e Recife (PE).
Com uma média de 96 decolagens por dia, o que representa um acréscimo de 13% se comparado à malha de rotina da empresa no aeroporto, os clientes mineiros terão à sua disposição voos diretos para destinos turísticos nordestinos bastante procurados nesta época do ano. De BH partirão voos adicionais para Porto Seguro, na Bahia, além das capitais Fortaleza (CE), João Pessoa (PB), Natal (RN), Maceió (AL). A Azul Viagens, operadora de turismo da Azul, também irá operar voos dedicados de Belo Horizonte para Porto Alegre e Porto Seguro.
Além dos incrementos na capital, Uberlândia, no triângulo mineiro, também terá voos extras para João Pessoa (PB) e de Uberaba para Porto Seguro (BA), ampliando ainda mais as opções de rotas partindo de Minas Gerais.
Ao todo, a Azul vai oferecer 13 novas rotas em todo o país, criando opções de ligações diretas entre o Centro-Oeste, o interior de São Paulo e o Sul do país com o Nordeste brasileiro. Todos os voos já estão disponíveis para venda nos canais oficiais da companhia.

Em BH, ampliamos consideravelmente a oferta para cidades litorâneas do Nordeste, além de conectar a cidade com as belezas de Foz do Iguaçu”, destaca Vitor Silva, gerente de planejamento de malha da Azul.
Nova rota: BH-Foz do Iguaçu
Entre as rotas que terão operações sazonais, BH ganha ligação direta com Foz do Iguaçu, no Paraná, destino bastante procurado já que é a principal base para visitar as famosas Cataratas do Iguaçu, uma das maiores cachoeiras do mundo.
Os voos terão partidas às segundas, quartas, sextas e domingos, a bordo dos jatos Embraer E1, para 118 clientes.
