Sistema automático registra evasões de pedágio na rodovia Fernão Dias

De janeiro a setembro de 2023, a Arteris Fernão Dias registrou mais de 111 mil evasões nas oito praças de pedágio localizadas na BR-381 (rodovia Fernão Dias), de Contagem a Guarulhos. A prática de tentar burlar o sistema de fiscalização de cobrança da tarifa é considerada uma infração de trânsito pelo Código de Trânsito Brasileiro, gerando uma multa no valor de R$ 195,23, além de cinco pontos na Carteira Nacional de Habilitação.

Por meio do sistema conhecido como “Nevada”, com início em setembro deste ano, já foram emitidos 2.925 autos para a Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres. O sistema realiza a verificação de placa, modelo e momento da evasão em vídeo. As informações, como regularidade da TAG de pagamento automático, são verificadas pela equipe de operações da concessionária e, após o período de 24 horas, caso não ocorra a regularização do pagamento da tarifa, as informações são enviadas para o órgão responsável (ANTT), que realiza a autuação.

    • “Caso a cancela não seja acionada e a TAG esteja regularizada, o usuário deve aguardar o colaborador do setor de Operações ao lado da cabine, para que possa ocorrer a liberação. Se houver irregularidade, o usuário pode realizar o pagamento diretamente ao atendente, que fará a liberação manual do veículo”, explica gerente de Operações da Arteris Fernão Dias, Edivaldo Braga.

    A prática de evasão prejudica uma importante fonte de repasse orçamentário aos municípios que estão localizados às margens das rodovias concessionadas. O Imposto Sobre Serviços (ISS), deduzido da arrecadação de concessionárias que prestam serviços nas rodovias, é repassado anualmente às prefeituras e são essenciais para ajudar no desenvolvimento social e econômico da região e para sua população.

    A arrecadação nas praças de pedágio também garante a qualidade no atendimento de usuários na pista, sem custo adicional, 24 horas por dia e sete dias por semana, entre elas apoio mecânico, remoção com guincho, atendimento pré-hospitalar e desobstrução das vias. Parte dos valores provenientes das tarifas, além de serem investidos para construção e renovação da malha rodoviária brasileira, também são usados para manter projetos de responsabilidade social e meio ambiente, próprios ou incentivados.

    Na rodovia Fernão Dias, a tarifa básica de R$ 2,80 é cobrada nas oito praças de pedágio, em ambos os sentidos. O motorista deve programar a viagem, listando as praças de pedágio no trajeto para saber quais serão seus gastos com tarifas e evitar o menor tempo de manuseio com o dinheiro.

    O gerente ainda indica que, sempre que possível, o motorista utilize as cabines de cobrança automática para agilizar o percurso e evitar o contato com o papel-moeda. Vale lembrar que as cabines de pedágio da Arteris Fernão Dias aceitam pagamentos em cartões de débito.

    Dicas para evitar evasão de pedágios e causar acidentes:

    • Antes de dirigir em uma estrada pedagiada, garanta que tenha os meios necessários para realizar o pagamento da tarifa;
    • Confira se a sua TAG de passagem por pista automática está liberada e com saldo;
    • Certifique-se de que a placa do seu veículo esteja legível;
    • Ao se aproximar da praça de pedágio, preste atenção na sinalização do local e respeite o limite de velocidade;
    • Em nenhuma hipótese trafegue muito próximo ao veículo da frente.
