Foram publicadas nesta segunda-feira, 13 de maio, no Diário Oficial da União, as Portarias nº 14.564 e 14.565, que trazem os novos valores de tarifas aeroportuárias dos aeroportos do Galeão (RJ) e de Confins (MG). Os reajustes estão previstos nos contratos das concessionárias dos aeroportos como mecanismos de atualização monetária e têm como objetivo preservar o equilíbrio econômico-financeiro estabelecido nos contratos de concessão.
Os tetos das tarifas de embarque e conexão de passageiros e de pouso e permanência de aeronaves foram reajustados em 4,38% para o aeroporto do Galeão e em 4,23% para o de Confins. Os tetos das tarifas de armazenagem e capatazia de cargas (atividade de movimentação de cargas e mercadorias nas instalações aeroportuárias) de ambos os aeroportos foram reajustados em 3,69%.
Os reajustes para o aeroporto do Galeão foram aplicados sobre os tetos estabelecidos pela Portaria nº 13.238, de 28 de novembro de 2023 e Decisão 593, de 29 de dezembro de 2022. Para o aeroporto de Confins, a referência é a Portaria nº 11.299, de 12 de maio de 2023, que estabelece os reajustes aplicáveis ao contrato de concessão do terminal.
Para o cálculo dos reajustes é considerada a inflação acumulada entre abril de 2023 e 2024, medida pela variação do Índice de Preços ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA), do IBGE, observada no período.
Com a alteração dos valores, a tarifa máxima de embarque doméstico paga pelos passageiros passará de R$ 30,76 para R$ 32,10 no Aeroporto do Galeão e de R$ 30,40 para R$ 31,69 no de Confins. Por sua vez, a tarifa máxima de embarque internacional passará de R$ 54,47 para R$ 56,85 no Aeroporto de Galeão e de R$ 53,84 para R$ 56,12 no Aeroporto de Confins. Os novos tetos tarifários poderão ser praticados 30 dias após divulgação pelas concessionárias.

As tarifas aeroportuárias são valores pagos à concessionária pelas companhias aéreas, pelo operador da aeronave ou pelo passageiro. Os valores correspondem aos procedimentos de embarque, conexão, pouso, permanência, armazenagem e capatazia dentro dos aeroportos. A tarifa de embarque é a única paga pelo passageiro e tem a finalidade de remunerar a prestação dos serviços, instalações e facilidades disponibilizadas pela concessionária aos usuários.
